Do we accept Couples?+

Absolutely! There is an additional $25 weekly for 2 people. Room must be a room for 2 people.

Do we accept children or pets?+

Case by case, we do have rooms that are kid friendly, however we only accept one child. One child and an adult. No couples and children. We do not accept fury friends. sorry :(

Do you require deposits?+

yes we do, INCIDENTAL deposits starts at $125 depending on the house and deposits are fully refundable when all criteria are met. You can view our rules here. Read our house rules ↗

What are the requirements for renting a room?+

We don't require much, you only need a job and no violent crimes in the past 5 years. We do require a background check, which is $25.

In Memphis on a temporary assignment?

Please contact us before applying. We have different arrangements for temporary stays.
